The Process

The Off Plan Property World Guaranteed Return Investment makes it simple to invest, and simple to reclaim 150% of the investment.

Though an investment-only opportunity with no option to complete, the process is straightforward, and very similar to a traditional overseas property purchase. Each available investment opportunity is equivalent to an individual apartment within Privilege Residential, assuring an accurate property valuation for the development.

First, the investor should choose their desired units. There are a number of styles within the Privilege Residential development, varying in property value. Once the number and type of apartments have been chosen, a reservation form will be completed, and the sum of £1000 reservation fee per unit is payable.

This initial deposit is completely refundable within a 14 day cooling off period. Following this cooling off period, the investment contracts will be sent to the solicitor appointed by the investor.

After 4 weeks from the exchange of contracts the initial deposit, representing 15% of the property value, minus the value of the reservation fees already received, becomes payable. At this stage investment contracts are signed, and all that remains is to wait for the completion of the properties, scheduled within 24 months.

Upon completion, Off Plan Property World will refund all reservation fees and deposits to investors, plus an additional 50% of the total investment value. This return is independent of capital growth or property resale, and is guaranteed by the investment contracts.
