• Partner Introducers a lead to Off Plan Property World
• OPPW contact the client and complete a full need find.
• A single off plan investment property of £100,000 is purchased
• A typical Partner fee is 20% of our fee with our minimum fee being 5% and our maximum fee being 12%
• If a deal has a commission of 5% partner receives 20% of this which equals £1,000
• As sales volumes are increased partner fees will be increased up to 50% split of our fees.
