How it Works

1: Invest
The investor follows a standard, simple property investment process to make an investment equal to the value of one or more of the properties within the Privilege Residential development.

2: Wait
The scheduled completion of the development will be 24 months from the beginning of construction. While construction takes place, the investor can simply wait for their investment to mature.

3: Receive
Upon completion of the development, Off Plan Property World will return all monies invested, along with an additional 50% of the value of each investment, equivalent to a 50% interest return.
