Campo Grande
Campo Grande is one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing areas of Rio De Janeiro. The region is a vibrant “quarter” of Rio, located within the West Side of this expansive conurbation. However, from 1968 it has also been identified as a distinct “City”: a reflection of its unique economic strength.
Once a primarily agricultural region exporting almost 150,000 tons of oranges annually, Campo Grande has grown through its own miniature industrial revolution, and is now host to numerous major international companies, including Michelin, AMBEV (producer of several famous brand beers, including Stella Artois and Brahma) and Novartis (a leading pharmaceutical company).

The huge growth in international business investment into the region has led to the Privilege Residential development, which is specifically targeted at the influx of affluent professionals employed locally by these large businesses.
However, the popularity of the region for business means that land is scarce, and Privilege Residential will, in fact, be the only development of its kind in the region. Without the Privilege Residential project, many professionals would have to commute for at least an hour to find a similar level of luxury accommodation.
By filling a virgin niche in the market, Privilege Residential will satisfy the needs of local businesses and generate healthy, and guaranteed, profits for investors. |
